We are first time users and are trying do start off correctly. As 78 & 73 year oldies we were a bit nervious with internet paying.

However we took the bit between our teeth and ordered some printer ink. All went well (best Price ever).

Problems. The order was confirmed and said PayPal was going to cover the Visa transaction. Shortly after another email was an application form. I filled this out 4 times and each time it would not send so I emailed Mikhail at customer_au@ebay.com                           + csfeedback@ebay.com + Service@paypal.com.au. BUT ALAS NO REPLYS. HOW DO WE TALK TO A LIVING PERSON AT EBAY ALSO PAYPAL?
