How do I get rid of the "promotional material" that comes up when I first open ebay? It's the same ad about ebay postage and they say you can change your "notification preferences" but in settings there is no such option.
It's f--king annoying. It comes up like a dialog box so you have to respond. I got the message, I don't want it, why do they keep asking?
