i tried to open an unpaid item case for a roland piano, as customer and i both agreed on cancelation of the sale. this was done within 4 weeks of sale. i am recieving a bill for something that didnt sell!!! i owe money for the kayak but i dont know how much. thankyou for your time and hope you can resolve this.
