Hi, I have problem with ebay that I am hoping to get some help with. I am very new to ebay and the first time I tried to post items, I have made an error according to ebay. I posted a pair of sunglasses for sale and received a bidder who offered $73 at the beginning of the 5 day period. On the day or so before it was due to finish she sent me an email requesting that her bid be withdrawn as she could not afford to pay. I said fine but I had no idea how to show this on facebook. When the time had expired, no one else had bid. Because I was not going to be paid I just wanted to list the item again, which I could not do as it showing that it had sold so I thought the best thing to do was to do was to remove it and start again,which I did. I then received emails from

ebay stating that I had violated email policy. I sent an email in return (to link provided) and received another one back saying that it was understood that it may not have been a purposeful violation, but I am still not permitted to repost the item. I need to list the sunglasses again. 
Can you please tell me the next step now?
