The transaction has nothing to do with people here, you need to contact the seller directly and ask them for a solution
If they are not willing to help or do not respond, then open a dispute against them
You have not mentioned what you have done to try to resolve this, so it is very hard for fellow buyers and sellers to give you specific adivice
