the seller of faulty product continues to promise help/replacement, nothing happens?

I contacted seller <Removed> on 13th december that S905X TX3 Pro 4K Smart TV Box was faulty( 192237297228 ). they asked for videos of faulty product, then asked for multi meter test of power source. they have continued to send "we'll help you" and "we'll replace item" messages since then. i think they have simply put me off until my time for returning has expired. Ebay must do something about this seller, this is really wrong that they continue trading.
