i need to get into contact with ebey. my son who has autisim spent money on robux using my keycard and now i cant even contact seller apparenly his email has changed. i would really like some help to get in contact with him and get my money back or in my sons roblox account

Sorry mate, I had the same question re a phone number or email address for help with Eba y Australia, nothing appears to exist. Great Oz service. But in the USA they have a contact number.

So copenhagen5 was so helpful for you. Didn't read your query about phone number and also didn't read about your seller you couldnt get in touch with. Why do these people answer a question but don't address the question has got me stuffed.

Kopenhagen’s reply addressed the underlying question. It wouldn’t have helped the OP very much simply to say there IS no eBay contact number for eBay Australia (except for very specific and narrow purposes such as when an account has been hacked).

The call centres have been closed since early 2020 as a result of the still ongoing pandemic. While the OP could use Live Chat to contact the lowest rung of CS reps, they would not be able to assist with the situation described by the OP.

As kopenhagen said, the OP needed to contact the seller directly (through eBay messages).

As for even thinking of contacting eBay via email, that would be a total waste of time; eBay have set up their email system to pick out certain keywords that result (eventually, after days) in a bot-generated response that will have nothing to do with what’s been asked.

These people, you mean other members. And their question was answered. eBay are not going to get involved, even if the OP did contact them. They were given the correct advice on what they needed to do to solve the problem, which is to contact the seller, that is exactly the one and only thing they needed to do

As others have said, as there is no phone contact, it would not have helped much to limit the answer to the fact that there is no phone contact. Instead, one of "these people" decided to offer concrete advice, which is the best we can do at the moment, as it does not look like there will be a phone number again in the near future.
