I have never joined Ebay marketplace GmbH why have i been charged a membership fee please refund the $48.99 deducted from my account

You need to cancel your own eBay Plus membership. Go to the link below and scroll down to cancel.

If you took up the "free trail" and didn't cancel after 30 days then you are automatically signed up.

We are just members like yourself here and cannot refund you.

Maybe you signed up for ebay plus last year and forgot.

You need to select help at the top of the page and scroll down to contact eBay via chat.

Other members are not going to refund you

You need to contact your bank to cancel your card, make a report and change all your passwords

If as you say, you did not sign up to the eBay Plus free trial. and cancel it before the paid period started (as agreed to when signing up for the free trial) then obviously someone is using your account without you knowing
