why dose it take so long to put new model cars in car parts sectonj

hHi guys just wondering why it takes so long to get the latest information put on ebay .example there are 2 new model cars from ford the puma and the escape and they are not even listed as models on ebay to get parts they have been out a while.

Only eBay knows.

I guess if everything is done from head office in America for all the sites around the world, it would explain taking time.

Not to mention covid.
