How long before a post appears on my account page

I just posted my first offer on ebay.  How long before it will show up on my account page.  There's nothing on it now.  I did all the steps and it said I was confirmed.

Do you mean that you made an offer as a buyer or that you posted a listing with "make an offer" as a seller?
