As far as I know, records as such only go back roughly three years in a person's own sales history

Do you know your original usrename and still have the email account linked to it. If so is the username showing as still active.

If you are referring to the sales feedback, it will still be on the original account unless you closed it.

Feedback will be there but the DSR stars and % only go back 12 months.
