Why sometimes I saw something like "no additional import charges in delivery", but it still showing below like "import charges: ...$ confirm at checkout"? Are there several types of charge? Can someone explain it to me?

Those ones are shipped through the GSP and are the base charges for shipping, handling and the GST (I think). At checkout, Pitney Bowes will add their handling fee for at least the GST. Currency conversion rates would also play a part.
The statement means that the import charges quoted are those you will pay, noting my caveats above, not that they are added again.
I would rarely contemplate buying anything from overseas and certainly not through the GSP.
Rest assured that somebody will be along to sympathise with you and tell you what a travesty it is that you only have 60 days to leave feedback. I understand that you are not asking anything about feedback, but he won't.

You are in Vietnam, and most likely listing on the US platform, so probably best to check with the US boards as those tax scales are different to us here in Australia
