If a parcel is stolen after delivery and the tracking says it's delivered, then the buyer doesn't get a refund. They can try and take it up with Aust Post. Some sellers will refund as a gesture of goodwill, but they aren't obligated to. I probably would have refunded my buyer I mentioned above as it wasn't very much, but the abuse she threw at me stopped me feeling generous.
