You are not talking to eBay Support here, we are just members like yourself.
Is the item now on it's way to the proper buyer ?
Have you notified them of that ?
Or, has the buyer opened a dispute with eBay about non-arrival ?
Edit. I see you are registered in Pakistan so the information may not be applicable from Australia.
