Hi,
I have received my September Ebay invoice.
I have been charged a $12.20 postage fee- I never used the label and when I printed the label I didn't realise I would be charged.
I mailed the item myself through the local post office and paid for the postage myself.
Is there any way you can refund this fee as I never used the label?
