What does it say the charge is for?

You need to get onto your bank, not just eBay

Go to eBay Help at the top of any page and scroll down

How long ago was the first charge, and if it was not authorised by you, did you not take any action then?

happened twice . . . has the hallmarks of a subscription!

Establish who is taking the funds, contact them to find out how to cancel.

In the meantime do as sandypebbles advised and contact your bank to put a block on further payments.

Same thing happened to me - I have no idea who they are - I had to cancel my card

Was it Smartycashback, the thing you signed up for to get a voucher, ticking you agreed to the monthly fees. If it was, you will need to cancel the subscription before the debit collectors are sent to get the fees agreed to. If it really was indeed an actual scam. very glad to hear you cancelled the card. Did the bank get your money back?
