I've sent a webcam from Australia to New Zealand via Australia post International Express. It's been 9 business days and the tracking says it's still waiting international departure.
The buyer needs the webcam for work, and is asking me for an updated estimate of delivery, which I don't know. Or else he will request a full refund.
I've just sent an enquiry to Auspost, and talked to a live agent. And was told by the live agent it could be actually on it's way to New Zealand or in New Zealand waiting to be scanned.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? What should I say when a buyer is asking me for an updated estimate of delivery?
