Buyer not received their item....but it has been posted

Hi hoping someone out there can give me some info....

 

I was contacted bu a buyer last Thursday (02nd Aug) saying she had not received her item and when was it posted.....It was posted on the 23rd July along with 6 other buyer's items (which have all been received as i have been sent FB) She needed for that Sunday

 

All post is sent via Aus Post and not tracked as postage is $1.20 i put the stamps on and take them to the post office counter.

 

I replied with the address i had sent it to and told her i pop on the envelople 'Please do not bend' and if she has a letter box that is small she might want to check with Aus post to see if they have taken it to the post office....she confirmed the address was the correct one,  i then gave her the option of me emailing something through that she could print off and use for her celebration....i did not hear back from her so emailed her once again on Sunday to ask if it had arrived.

 

Today she has emailed saying it still not there and she wants a refund?


What would you do?! Thanks in advance for any help

As you can not prove postage if they open a dispute if they paid with paypal they will be refunded.

If they paid with bank dep then you will have to refund that way.
