Can I combine shipping price if using global shipping program? If so, how?

I want to combine shipping price for a buyer using global shipping program. Is it possible and if so how, please? Thanks.

Sellers cannot combine postage when they use the GSP....and you cannot use the GSP because you are in Australia.

Only sellers is the USA and the UK have access to the Global Shipping Program.
