Hi I have just started selling again on Ebay - wow things have changed. I am trying to use the click and send option. If i go through Australia Post my Ebay item does not get updated as postage sent nor with tracking numbers, and I have to pay straight away. If I go through Ebay then there is a 5kg or lower w3eight limit, rather than 15kg limit on the boxes (Bx4, Bx2, Bx1 through Australia Post Click and Send). Has anyone come across these issues or am I doing something wrong? I have linked my Ebay and Australia Post Click and Send accounts. Thanks in advance for any help.
