I have purchased 2 items from the same ebay member. I requested an invoice for combined international shipping. The seller informs me they cant invoice me direct as they use the Global Shipping Program and they should invoice me directly which they havent. When I go into checkout to pay it comes up with the ridiculous cost of each item individually whith no option to change it to combine them. How do I get the items combined??? I cant find any way to contact GSP it only comes up with there Terms & Conditions which includes NOTHING about combined shipping!!!
