Combined postage.

Hi, I have just had a buyer buy two of my items and pay straight away which is great but  didn't wait for me to send a combined invoice for the postage.As I am new to selling would you recommend me to refund the $3.60 difference in with the goods or to issue a refund via paypal and then let them know what it is for.

Refund the difference by paypal, the same way they paid you.

Click issue refund next to the payment and enter the amount you want to refund.

This way if they open a dispute for any reason they can ONLY be refunded the amount left of the payment.
