Delayed Postage due to CoVid Situation?

I bought a few accessories (cheap finger metal rings) from different sellers, all of which are living in China early February this year.

I have been waiting for about 1 month already. The eBay tracking says all the packages were shipped out from China mid-late February.

Its now mid March and there has been no updates or changes to the tracking. The last tracking change being Item has left the country and is now overseas.

Is it possible packages coming from China into Australua are delayed due to the quarantine efforts to contain possible viral fomites living on parcels and packages?
