EBAY has just returned again a product that I need desperately. I need to try to stop it but how?

EBAY has returned an item a second time that I need desperately. I filled in a form that asked questions about the return. I told them that I had already returned it.

Then I get another email saying they had returned the replaced item, without even delivering the item to me.

I can't contact anybody and am so angry  as it's ruined my Xmas. What do I do ? 

I doubt the seller will be happy to pay another return delivery fee and it maked mre look stupid.
