I received a paper notification from the post office asking me to pay additional postage costs (7.10) if I Wish to get my item released. The seller did not pay enough for postage . I have contacted her and am awaiting a reply. I thought it would be reasonable for her to pay the additional amount.
please advice how to proceed.
