An item that I recently won stated free postage on the watch list page so I placed a bid.
Now it appears when I went to pay it it is listed as free pick-up
The item is in Victoria I'm in Queensland
Can you tell me how something on the item page as free pick-up can turn into free postage on the watch page?
which is correct ???
I know you the staff at ebay have encounted this problem before and your solution to the problem was to tell the seller to cancel the sale and give the buyer a refund or charge them extra for freight then ban them from the sellers future items
Something in the ebay system seems to need to be addressed
Please advise me soonest The contact details for the seller are as follows
http://www.ebay.com.au/usr/filizkorkmaz?_trksid=p2047675.l2559
The item is a Epson Stylus NX125 printer value $0.99

ps Don't know if you would likle to check my watch list but you'll find it there
"Something in the ebay system seems to need to be addressed"
Yes it does.
The way ebay shows pick ups as Free Postage in an ebay Search when in fact they're not free postage at all seriously needs to be addressed by ebay.
This is ebay's fault and NOT the Seller's fault.
The seller didn't offer postage AT ALL
