I am in Australia and recently purchased an item from UK. I find out when tracking my parcel that ARAMEX is a member of the GSP. ARAMEX is the worst courier in the world without a shadow of a doubt. In Australia ARAMEX purchased a local courier "fASTWAY" who for the past thirty years have been dubbed "SLOWAY" OR "NOWAY". A Current Affairs program surveyed all the COURIERS in Australia and found by a long way ARAMEX the company with the greatest amount of complaints for poor service and no service losing an astonishing amount of freight. ARAMEX are CHINESE owned and of course every seller who is based in China uses ARAMEX. I have had to return 25 Parcels as ARAMEX will not deliver to my street address even though I am a Suburb of Melbourne, their excuse being I am outside their area and they have demanded an extra $33 to deliver 6.5km outside their area. They also, when I use PO BOX address accept parcel for delivery but do not deliver to boxes. I get a text to make contact and when I try it is impossible to use their contact us site and then if I am lucky enough to get a message through they do not reply.
eBay ARE NOT INTEREST IN MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SYSTEMIC PROBLEM. YES CHINA IS TAKING CONTROL...
GARY
Aramex is a Dubai UAE based company......not Chinese and they acquired Fastway couriers in Australia.
Some 2 years ago Australia Post took full ownership of the Dubai based logistics company in order to boost their international logistics capabilities.
Maybe a few facts might be in order before you sound off.
And I doubt that you will find any local or overseas courier companies who will deliver to a PO Box.....they all ask for a street address.
You have posted here in the answer centre, did you have a question ?
Otherwise better to use the discussion boards if that is what you are after.
BTW, eBay doesn't read here, only other eBay members.
