Having lost my confirmation email but have the Transaction ID which is 1682068923001 how can I track

I am in my 5th hour trying to reolve an issue where I havelost my confirmation email but have the following.

email through Guest account:<Removed>

ITEM # 112197823501,

 i HAVE BEEN HELPED ON CHAT BUT FIND i HAVE BEEN ASKED TO IPEN MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL EVEN AFTER TELLING THE OPERATOR i DID NOT HAVE IT !

I do not seem to have much luck with Ebay , it has been cumberson to me just about every sale, I would like to SELL  through the system but am not been convinced with the help access.

I have an account but find it difficult at times to get in so was only able to carry this order through the "Guest" system, This I will never do again.
