I purchased 2 items from the UK to be sent to me in Australia. As far as I can see, those items after more than one week have not left the UK. It looks like someone sent the items to a non-existing address in the UK. The items were returned to the consignor 5 days ago and that is all I can tell. I've asked for a refund from the seller to which they've agreed. Will I also automatically get a refund from the Ebay Global Shipping Program after their pathetic service?
