How do I cancel this account? I had no idea that this was an ongoing debit from my bank account.

I need to cancel this account with SPS*SMARTYCASHBACK.COM SHERMAN OAKS CA, they keep debiting my account for no requested service from me to them.

I tried to contact them direct and received an message back that they would contact me shortly, however I've here'd nothing back since, and now I've just been hit with another direct debit from my account.

Sadly, nothing is free in life, well, certainly not in commerce, and the $15 eBay vouchers had T&Cs that you should have read before using it.

You agreed to their $30 per month fee when you signed up to get the $15 voucher that was on offer

The box you ticked when signing up that you had read and understood the terms and conditions of signing up

Contacting them is useless, you need to sign into the account you have made with them and cancel in there

$30 will come out every month as agreed by you, or the person who signed up and used your account and details
