I posted a damaged item for a refund on the 17 / 01 / 2014, to the UK via Registered Post International. It is getting close to the 45 day cut off point for opening a Paypal dispute, and I would like to find out if the package has been delivered yet. How do I find out? I have sent a email request to AP, but have had no response.
