Is there a way I can turn automatic postage off? EBay always seems to calculate the postage, which is sometimes wrong. But when people have already sent through payments, it's difficult to go back to them for a dollar or two to cover packaging or correct postage.
In any case, how does eBay know where the buyer lives ahead of the sale?
