How do I work out international postage?

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help me with international postage costs and getting it right in my listings.

The information I have from Aus Post is:

1kg padded satchel - costs varies depending on buyer location

UK 1kg satchel - $42.35

US 1kg satchel - $34.25

The UK and US satchels are not an option in the drop down available services.  Also if you select satchels they want dimensions of the satchel.

I am just looking at posting clothing items as this stage.  So the 1kg satchels are a bit big but there is no 500gm international satchel.

How do I create the international postage in the listings so I get it right?  I'm finding it difficult and could use some tips.
