How do use my access code to view my order status?

HI everyone,

I recently ordered a laptop on a guest account. Due to the fact I don't  use ebay much, I did not realise this might cause some problems.

I have in my email Transaction id's, postage service and tracking numbers, transaction Id. As well as this I have an access code to view my order detail, however I get problems such as "you are not the buyer nor he seller".

Is there a solution, thanks!
