How do you change postage from local/country to worldwide once an item has been listed?

I'm wanting to purchase an item that is in the UK and I'm in Australia.  Seller is happy to do this but not sure how to change her listing.  She thought she had altered it but it has been 24 hours and no change has occurred.  Please help.
