How do you contact someone at eBay about their Global Priority Shipping system?
A seller has sent an item to me and didn't list a tracking number in eBay. Using the USPS tracking system I now know the item arrived at the transhipment point at Erlanger, KY over a month ago and want to ask someone what they did with it.
There appears to be no way to contact anyone in eBay apart from using their pre-set questions which take you nowhere. The Contact Us button just takes you in a circle - Select problem - Conact Us - Select problem - Contact Us - around and around. How do you actually contact someone in eBay about a shipping problem?
