How do you print postage labels on QL-700 label printer

We have just purchased a Brother QL-700 printer  and want to use it to print our postage labels off EBay. Is there a easy way. our labels always print to A4 and to manipulate the PDF to only print the small section of the A4 sheet we awant for a lot of sales everyday is unreasonable

eBay postage labels FINALLY have an option to select 100 x 150mm (4" x 6") shipping labels for printing Australia Post labels. It has only taken ONE YEAR since I raised this issue with both eBay and Australia Post.
