I won an item and paid by paypal on 1st May. 8 days later the item hasnt shipped. I am new to ebay and would like to know if this is acceptable. How long should I wait before I take it further?
I have contacted the seller, who also appears to be new to ebay. I have had replies, but no word on when my item will be shipped.
I am starting to wonder if I have been scammed.
Any advice would be appreciated.
