Hi, Apparently my Item was posted 7 days ago from Melbourne. Normally i have to wait 5 days at most for items from Melbourne. Thanks

Have you emailed the seller yet ? 2 weeks should be long enough so open a Paypal dispute by then. If you've paid another way you'll need to rely on the seller to resolve the issue.
