We need more details please.
You say "Smartycashback etc." What do you mean with etc.?
Smartycashback is free, but many people reported having $19 withdrawn from their cc recently. Not sure what their T&Cs are, as I am not a member.
To schum-russe , you gave them permission when you signed up for the $15 voucher that was advertised . It is in the t&c that you ticked as reading and agreeing to and it will come out every month, as per t&c until you cancel the subscription .
If you REALLY did not sign up, then why have you not contacted your bank to report unauthorised transactions and have them cancel your card?
Your bank will be able to show you exactly where the charges were authorised and by whom
Go and really read the t&c that you 'just ticked' that you had read and you will see what you agreed to
You really need to be careful about clicking on random things and filling in your details if you do not know what it is your are clicking on
Next time it could be some kind of scam you give information to
When you say etc, what were the other things?
No idea about smartycashback, but if eBay Plus was one of the other things, it is answered on your other thread about the same thing
Please cancel the Monthly payment subscription of $13.00 as immediately. .
