I am currently printing blank labels?

Hi

Does anyone else have this problem.

I am trying to print out labels and the reader shows up a blank label each time. After trying all day at different times 1 label appeared.  I now have a list of labels with tracking numbers for each customer. I put cancellations through Ebay, now awaiting a refund....

Since that 1 label I have not had any success in printing another one all day.

I used to print labels all the time without a problem.  Why is this happening?
