I don't understand the 10 percent discount on postage items , do you just purchase the box, package etc , print label and post with no charge at time for postage and then pay the postage on your paypal account, I'm don't understand if you pay postage directly to ebay later , usually l just purchase parcel and pay postage then and there at post office , can someone explain the difference in printing a label through ebay to get 10 percent discount thank you hope this makes sense , leah
