I bought a toy from Brazil on the 10th of august 2021 that has still not arrived.

I bought a toy car $202 aud on the 10/08/21 that still has not arrived. The seller asked me to be patient several times which I have been but it now still has not arrived. 
The item number is 194262042724 

The seller used EBay standard international delivery for the postage.

Never leave it beyond the deadline to open a case for INR. 30 days in eBay.

If you open a case you don't need to escalate it and if you receive the item, close the case.

If you paid via PayPal then you have 180 days to open a case so do that immediately.

It could be a genuine covid delay but my experience of Sth American postal services is unfavourable.
