I live in the country and as such need to use a post office box for delivery. How do I tell if a seller is willing to use a PO Box?

I live in the country and as such need to use a post office box for delivery.  How do I tell if a seller is willing to send the item to a PO Box?

Please note: that the first time that I currently become aware of the postage arrangements is when I have already purchased the item and am trying to pay for it.
