Does anyone know what FEDKEB means in postage details

I have purchased an item, paid for and the seller has posted and I get the following message in postage details

'This parcel has been transferred to FEDKEB for delivery to the final destination # 797757982830'

I have no idea what FEDKEB means or how to track the parcel using UPAAB000000046140583 that is provided. It comes up with nothing.

I myself have had this shocking BULLS.....T issue also and after 5 days Google searching and untold amount of hours reading complaints and peoples view on what everything may or may not mean and like 30 phone calls to Aust Post and every courier in town then to recieve a package in the mail today and went back tracking everything, every number, every comment and 12 screens um ive worked it all out.

Your initual purchase will have something like this;

From that you will see your item not only tal a tour of the country its been sent from but everywhere inbetween till it hits your local Depot as follows;

Not a happy camper and the Manager of the local PO wasnt happy either when im tearing him a new **bleep**!!!!

YES THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SYSTEM ON EBAY AND EITHER NEEDS TO BE BETTER OUTLINED FROM EBAY AND SELLERS OR DROPPED BY EBAY TO STOP SELLERS GETTING ANGRY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM BUYERS YES IT DEFINATLY COMES ACROSS AS A SCAM AND A DEBARKLE, FAILING THIS EITHER DEMAND IF THE SELLER WANTS YOUR BUSINESS NEW OR REPEATED THAT THEY CHANGE FROM THE GSP DELIVERY SERVICE OR EVERYONE BOYCOT AND NOT BUY FROM THOSE SELLERS, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER SOMEONE WILL LISTEN AND CHANGE THERE WAYS IF THEY START TO LOOSE SALES.
