I purchased some reversing sensors two weeks ago, where are they?

The sensors have been paid for, as I received my bank statement today, and the money has been taken from my account. They promised the sensors would be here last Wednesday. Here it is a week later and still no sign of the sensors that I ordered. What happens now? The package consists 6 sensors two for the front, and four for the rear.

I paid $38.00 dollars.
