Hi,

I open an return case for one item (order number: 17-06150-04285). Now i want to close that because seller will give me 10% return if i close that cae. But i am not finding any option close that case. Can you please let me know how to do that.

Tell the seller you will close the case when they refund the 10%.

It is a known trick that sellers will get buyers to close a case then not respond anymore.

And you cannot open another case after it is closed.

DO NOT CLOSE THE CASE !!!! this is a common scam, once you close the case they will ignore you because they know you can't reopen it. 

Sellers can refund with the case open, if they say they can't then they are lying.
