I am watching an item at the moment that has a 'standard postage' of $25.
Inside the discription they have added: I will charge actual shipping cost plus $10 for packaging. Please advise your postcode for accurate shipping cost. (or check yourself based on 15kg postage from 2089)
Can they do that when they have advertised shipping at $25 flat rate?
