Is this deceptive advertising. Just trying to rectify the way some are advertising with postage and handling, it is real deceptive.Some sellers put a postage and handling price in the postage and handling section but do not mention any exceptions so when you look it seems a good deal. But if you read at the bottom of there listng but not in the postage section they put a postage and handling exception there and you do not get to see it unless you scroll right down. All postage and handling and exception should be mentioned in the postage and handling section.
