I have recently won an auction, when I have attempted to pay for the item through paypal it asks 'Please contact the seller to coordinate postage". I have contacted the seller (from the U.S while I am in Australia), their response was that they have listed it as a flat rate of shipping at $7.00 USD, when I look at the item it is $39.43 USD. I am assuming that this is because of the Global Shipping Program. I am happy to pay the higher rate as that is what I was expecting to pay, however there is no way I can figure out how to update the postage costs. Is this something the seller is responsible for or is this something I can do as the buyer?
